The product in context.

The product connects two back-office domains: the operational lifecycle of company property and the review-to-payment lifecycle of employee reimbursement. Both require traceability, clear status transitions and controlled handoffs.

Making the operating model explicit.

Asset records change across assignment, transfer, repair, stock-taking and disposal, while reimbursements move through documentation, review, revision and approval. The challenge was to structure both without collapsing their distinct controls.
